Pricing questions
Why is SVG free with no limit?
Other converters pay a server or an AI service for every image, so they have to count. Makerfern traces in your browser, so converting your hundredth image costs us exactly what the first did: nothing. Pro pays for the formats and batch tools that shops use every day.
What exactly does Pro unlock?
DXF export (millimetres or inches), EPS export, a zip with one SVG per color layer, batch conversion of up to 50 images at once, and whole sticker sheets downloaded in one go. It is one plan across every tool on the site, including the ones added after you subscribe. Everything else, including every cleanup step and the cut report, is in the free plan.
How do I get Pro on another computer?
After paying you get a license key, which is also shown on the account page. Enter it on the account page on each browser you use. There are no seats to manage for personal use.
Can I cancel?
Monthly and yearly plans cancel from the account page with your license key, through Stripe's billing portal. Pro stays active to the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds?
If Pro doesn't work for your files, email us within 14 days of your first payment with your license key and we'll refund it.
Do you store my card?
No. Payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your email address, the plan and Stripe's customer and subscription references, which is what we need to issue and check a license key.
