Your files

You keep all rights to the images you convert and the files Makerfern produces. We receive no license to them, because we never receive them. Only convert images you have the right to use.

The service

Makerfern is provided as is. The cut report describes what the engine measured; it is not a guarantee that a file will cut, weed or engrave correctly on your machine and material. Always test cut. We are not liable for materials, blades or time lost to a file.

Pro licenses

A license key is for the purchaser's own use, on their own browsers. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled and stay active to the end of the paid period. Lifetime licenses include Pro features for as long as Makerfern operates. If Pro doesn't work for your files, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment.

Acceptable use

Don't share license keys publicly, resell access, or try to interfere with the license service.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Material changes that affect paid plans will be emailed to license holders.
